At Kohler, we Believe in Better. Kohler associates share a long history of giving generously of their time and money to support our fellow associates. The Kohler Associate Relief Fund helps associates who are facing a financial hardship. The program is funded primarily by Kohler Co. with support from associates. Every contribution helps and, when combined with the donations of others, can provide a tax-free grant to help a fellow associate facing the unexpected.
