At First Tech, we not only help our members reach their dreams, but our employees. And when our employees’ dreams are threatened by hardship, we’re here to help. The FT Employee Emergency Fund exists to help employees facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen qualified personal hardship. The fund is supported primarily by employees from individual tax-deductible donations and by First Tech. Every contribution helps, and when combined with the donations from others, it can provide a tax-free grant to aid employees when faced with the unexpected.
