The Stanley Black & Decker Helping Our Maker in Emergencies (HOME) Fund enables employees to make donations to support fellow colleaguees in times of need. Whether an employee works on your floor or halfway around the world, your donation to the HOME Fund can help them through a difficult time.
Stanley Black & Decker will match employee donations as part of the standard employee matching gifts program. All employee contributions will be used to provide employee assistance. Stanley Black & Decker’s match will offer additional financial assistance and cover the fund's nominal administration fees.
