The Valvoline Global Cares Fund was created to help employees who are facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship. The Fund relies primarily on individual donations to fund this program. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others can provide a tax-free grant (USA) to help a fellow employee in need when they are facing the unexpected.
Supporting our people is a key value at Valvoline. When one of OUR team members need support, we always seek out ways to help take care of one another. This is the inspiration behind our Valvoline Global Cares Fund.
