The Aon Colleague Support Fund was created to help Aon Colleagues around the world who are in need of immediate financial assistance following an unforeseen disaster or personal hardship. The Fund relies on support from the sponsoring organization (Aon) and individual donations made by Aon's colleagues and partners around the world. Every donation makes a difference, no matter the amount, and combined with the donations of others, helps to provide grants when they are needed most. Immediately, funds will be deployed to support our colleagues impacted by the crisis in Ukraine, but may be leveraged in the future as need arises. Aon will match all employee contributions to the Colleague Support Fund.
