Mosaic Employee-to-Employee Assistance Fund

The fund assists all North America employees most impacted by disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, blizzards, droughts, volcanic eruptions, severe storms and government declared disasters or disasters that are determined to be catastrophic. The Fund relies on individual donations from employees and support from The Mosaic Company Foundation (Foundation).
