In early January, a 7.6 magnitude earthquake shook communities surrounding Japan's Ishikawa Prefecture, killing dozens and leaving thousands without power. Rescue teams worked tirelessly for days, digging through rubble in search of survivors. An estimated 50,000 people fled their homes in search of safety in nearby shelters.
World Central Kitchen’s Relief Team was on the ground in the impacted region working alongside local NGO and restaurant partners to support families in need.
